Shipping & Returns

Delivery
Delivery is calculated from the products in your bag. When rates differ, only the highest product rate applies. Delivery is complimentary when the merchandise total reaches $79.80 AUD after discounts. The estimated delivery window is shown in your bag and again before payment. Tracking is emailed after dispatch. Remote locations may take longer.

Returns and exchanges
Unused, unwashed pieces in their original condition may be returned or exchanged by post within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the current postal return instructions and address.

Return costs and refunds
For change-of-mind returns and exchanges, return postage is arranged and paid by the customer. We do not charge a restocking fee. Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we process the refund to the original payment method within 5 days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.

Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number before returning it. We will provide a remedy and return instructions consistent with the Australian Consumer Law, including return costs where applicable. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this policy.
